妊娠后期限饲母羊所产羔羊补偿生长的研究

摘　　要：　试验选择同期发情受孕的妊娠母羊27只,分4个营养水平处理组(0.20MJME/kgw0.75/d,G1;0.33MJME/kgw0.75/d,G2;0.44MJME/kgw0.75/d,G3;0.86MJME/kgw0.75/d,CG),在妊娠后期(90d～150d)对其进行限制饲养,研究不同营养限制水平对出生后补偿生长羔羊的平均生长速率、哺乳量、采食量和消化率的变化规律,从而进一步研究补偿生长的作用机理。结果表明:哺乳量G1组与G3组差异显著(p<0.05),与CG组差异极显著(p<0.01);G2组与CG组差异显著(p<0.05)。出生后0-6周,G1组羔羊的平均生长速率显著低于其他各组(p<0.05);6-16周G1组的平均生长速率已经与各组没有显著差异(p>0.05),G2组、G3组平均生长速率都高于CG组,到了16-26周,G1组、G2组不仅平均生长速率已经高于CG组,而且代谢体重日增重也高于CG组。在补偿生长后期Ⅰ组日采食量、消化率都有提高,Ⅱ组日采食量略有增加。各营养限制组都不同程度的表现出补偿生长。In the experiment, 27 ewes which are oestrus at scheduled time and become pregnant, were randomly divided into 4 groups which were given (0.20 MJME/kgw0.75/d,G1; 0.33 MJME/kgw0.75/d, G2; 0.44 MJME/kgw0.75/d, G3; 0.86 MJME/kgw0.75/d, CG)respectively at late pregnancy (90-150 days) to study the effect of different feed restriction on the lactation, growth rates, intake and digestibility of lambs during the period of compensatory. The results show that the lactation of group 1 is lower than group 3 (p<0.05) ,and have significantly lower than control group (p<0.01). From 0 week to 6 weeks, the average growth rate of G1 is lower than others (p<0.05); From 6 weeks to 16 weeks, Tha lambs in foor groups have the similar growth rate (p>0.05); But from 16 weeks to26 weeks, not only the average growth rate but also the growth rate on the basis of metabolic weight of G1 and G2 have higher than CG's. During the late of compensatory , the intake and digestibility of GⅠincreased.In conclution,the lambs received restricted nutrition at fetus period have compensatory growth ability.
