广州部分医科大学生蠕形螨感染的调查

摘　　要：目的 :调查近年广州医科大学生人体蠕形螨的感染情况。方法 :采用透明胶纸粘贴法 ,剪取 2cm× 5cm透明胶纸 ,嘱受检者于临睡前紧贴于鼻唇沟皮肤上 ,次晨取下平贴于干净载玻片上 ,由专人光镜检查 ,对阳性片鉴定虫种并计算虫数。结果 :调查 18～ 2 1岁学生 6 0 2人 ,其中男生 331人 ,女生 2 71人。检出人体蠕形螨者 14 4人 ,感染率 2 3.92 %。男学生感染率为 2 4 .4 7% (81/331人 ) ,女学生为 2 3.2 5 % (6 3/2 71人 ) ,两者差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。从学生来源地看 ,城镇学生感染率为 2 1 31% (78/36 6人 ) ,农村学生为 2 7 97% (6 6 /2 36人 ) ,两者差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。感染者的感染度以每条透明胶纸 1～ 5条虫为多 ,占 89.5 8% (12 9/14 4人 ) ,检获的螨大多为毛囊蠕形螨占 95 .83% (138/14 4人 ) ,单一感染皮脂蠕形螨仅 0 .6 9% (1/14 4人 ) ,两者混合感染为 3.4 7% (5 /14 4人 )。结论 :广州部分医学生人体蠕形螨感染率较高 ,感染大多为毛囊蠕形螨 ,少数为皮脂蠕形螨及两者混合感染 。Objective:To understand the situation of infection with Follicle mite in the students. Methods:Way of transparent abhesive's paste was used in the investigation. Results:The infections rate of is 23.92%(144/602) in the student at the age of 18～21,and that of male and female students are 24.47%(81/331) and 23.25%(63/271) respectively (P>0.05). The 89.58%(129/144) infectious students are found out 1～5 Follicle mites. In 144 infectious students,number of persons infected with Demodex folliculorum is 138(95.83%),with Demodex brevis is 1(0.69%),with both is 5(3.74%).Conclusion: TGhe infectious rate of Follicle mite in the students is higher,but number of the insects infected is less. The vast majority of the insects infected by the student belong to Demodex folliculorum.
