摘 要:用自制的微量液体操纵器能够方便的滴出约100pl的液滴。在1、2、5、10和20mMKCl和Na_2SO_4的标准溶液中加入小牛血清白蛋白和聚乙烯二醇200,可使液滴样品在空气干燥过程中无结晶形成。测出元素峰背比和浓度变化的标准曲线,以进行Na、S、Cl、K各元素0.5~20mM/L浓度的定量分析。此方法与峰记数法比较重复性好、技术简单,可用于微量生物液体内多种元素的定量分析。Several modifications in the preparation of samples and analytical techniques for promoting the accuracy of quantitative analysis were adopted. A self-made microdroplet-manipulator could deposite microdroplets of 100 picoliter conveniently. Incorporation of 5~ polyethylene glycol 200 containing 30 mg albumin per milliliter to the elemental standard solution could make the droplets mounted on the filmed grids homogeneously. The cali-bration curves showing peak-to-background ratios of elemental characteristic peaks plotted aginst their known concentration were obtained in the experiments. These calibration curves indicate the linearity of peak-to-back-ground ratios with known concentration of K, C1, Na, S in the range from 1 to 20mM/L on a semi-logarithm scale,
