摘  要:本文应用了冷冻复型技术对两例胎儿肺上皮细胞膜结构进行了电镜观察。并就细胞分化程度与膜内微粒(IMP)密度的关系以及上皮细胞间紧密连接(TJ)的发育变化两方面进行分析。研究结果表明,分化低的上皮细胞IMP少,细胞表面无微绒毛(MV),待出现MV后膜的不同部位所含的IMP出现明显差异。即IMP的密度与相应膜的分化程度和其功能发育密切相关。人胎儿肺上皮细胞间TJ的发育经历了一个由简单到复杂的过程。本文据此进行了讨论。The epithelial cell membrane structure of the lungs in two human embryos was investigatedd by the method of freeze-fracture replica. The relationship between the density of intramembranous particals (IMP)and the developing degree of membrane was analysised. It was revealed that the density of IMP was much richer in the membrane which was provided with a higher developing degree and active function. If was found too that the development of tight junction(TJ)undergopne a progress of step by step--from simple to complex between the epithelial ceils. The significane of these changes were discussed in this artical.
