摘　　要：本文阐述了由8031单片机系统组成的制动闸适时投入装置的研究与应用,介绍了编码器的工作原理、判向电路以及8031的测速、控制部分。该装置能自动根据速度和预设时间控制工作闸及安全闸,使之在带速接近零时可靠抱闸,减少抱闸时的机械冲击。This paper expatiates on the study and application of timing device of damper brake which consists of8031 single-chip computer system and introduces the working principles of encoder,t he circuit of judging direction as well as the speed measuring and control syste ms of8031.The device automatically controls the working brake and safety b rake according to the speed and pre-set time,which realizes reliability band- type brake when the belt speed approaches zero,and in the meantime lessens mec hanical impact during band-type brake.
