摘  要:以Ferron计时比色法分析了柠檬酸盐、酒石酸盐和醋酸盐掩蔽硫酸铝溶液在多种用量比(n(有机酸)/n(铝))和溶液pH值条件下体系的组成分布,并结合27Al-NMR测试结果进行分析,结果表明,掩蔽后的硫酸铝水解溶液体系中的组成与未掩蔽的基本特点有相近之处,即主要由单核铝(III)配合物,大分子多核及2~4核低聚铝(III)配合物,以及高度聚合的胶体微粒组成,但溶液pH值和掩蔽程度明显影响各组份的比例,特别是前者。在制革生产可能的pH值范围内,即pH值=2.5~4.0,c(Al3+)=0.1mol/L,陈放24h后的掩蔽铝(III)配合物溶液中,高度聚合的胶体微粒的量极少。pH值≤1.0时,单核铝(III)配合物可达100%,pH值=3.0~4.0之间时,大分子多核铝(III)配合物含量有一个突跃,当pH值≥4.0时,溶液中绝大部份是大分子多核铝(III)配合物。Ferron timeanalysis was applied to study the compositions of citrate, tartrate or acetate masked aluminium sulfate complexes solutions, With different n(org)/n(Al) and pH .Refered to the results of27Al-NMR,the results of Ferron time-analysis indicated that compositions of the masked aluminium complexes solutions have nearly similar characteristics to the unmasked solutions,i.e.,there are monomeric aluminium coplexes, 2~4 nuclei aluminium complexes ,higher molecule polynuclei aluminium complexes and larger polycationics( a kind of microcrystalline solid). The pH values and the dose of masking agents influenced the distributions of composition, and the influence of pH value are especially greatly. Under the conditions which are similar to aluminium tanning solutions ( pH=2.5~4.0,c(Al3+)=0.1?mol/L,storage time=24 h) there is very little amount of larger polycationics in masked solutions . When pH≤1.0,nearly 100% of the components are monomeric aluminium complexes; when pH values raise to 3~4,there is a adrupted increase in the amount of macromolecular polynuclei aluminium complexes,and when pH ≥4.0,most of the aluminium exsiste as macromolecular polynuclei aluminium complex.
