牛血超氧化物歧化酶对X射线照射小鼠骨髓造血功能的影响

摘  要:目的 探讨牛血超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)对X射线照射小鼠血像的保护作用。方法 将 1 62只雄性小鼠按照体重大小顺序随机分为 9组 ,每组 1 8只。分别给予 0、50 0、1 0 0 0、1 50 0U/只不同剂量的牛血SOD和 4、7Gy不同剂量的照射。于照射前 1周开始灌胃。在照射前 1d、照射后 4h、照射后 1周活杀小鼠 ,计数白细胞、血小板 ,测定血红蛋白。结果 照射前及 4Gy照射组 ,给予牛血SOD后白细胞、血小板总数高于对照组 ,而给药组与对照组的血红蛋白含量变化不大。Objective To study protective effects of SOD on the blood picture of mice by X ray irradiation. Methods 162 male Kunming mice were divided into nine groups randomly by weight. One week before X ray exposure, the observed groups were treated with SOD at the dosage of 0, 500, 1 000 , 1 500U per mouse respectively, while the control groups were treated with distilled water. X ray irradiation were at the dosage of 0, 4, 7Gy. On one day before irradiation, four hours and one week after that, the mice were killed. The number of white blood cell (WBC) and platelet (PLT) count, and the level of hemoglobin (Hb) were measured. Results WBC and PLT count in the SOD treated groups were higher than those of control before irradiation and in 4Gy groups. The level of Hb in the SOD groups was as high as that in control groups. Conclusion SOD might play a certain role in protecting the reduction of WBC, PLT from being damaged by X ray, however, it showed little effect on RBC.
