摘  要:采用装有ZAT - 2型专利填料的生物滴滤塔反应器 ,进行“三苯”废气处理的连续流实验研究 ,以探明“三苯”(苯、甲苯、二甲苯 )废气生物处理过程中的影响因素 .结果表明 ,影响生物滴滤塔处理“三苯”废气的主要因素有入口气体浓度、气体上升流速和喷淋液体流量 .在温度为 2 0~ 2 5℃、pH值为 6 .3~ 6 .9时 ,可获得“三苯”废气的最大去除量 ,此时影响因素应符合下列条件 :苯、甲苯和二甲苯的入口气体质量浓度分别为2 .14 0、2 .0 2 6和 2 .0 17mg/L ;气体上升流速为 78.6m/h ;喷淋液体流量为 2 5L/h .此时“三苯”的去除量分别为 :苯 1.36kg/(m3 ·d) ,甲苯 1.36kg/(m3 ·d) ,二甲苯 1.2 4kg/(m3 ·d) .In order to investigate the factors affecting the bio-treatment of BTX (benzene, toluene and xylene) waste-gas, a continuous-flow experiment was conducted in a novel bio-trickling filter (BTF) with ZAT-2 type patent stuffing. The results showed that the gas concentration of influent, the up flow velocity of gas and the sprinkling liquid flow were three important factors affecting the removal of BTX waste-gas. In order to acquire maximal removal ability, the following three aspects of the operational conditions should be satisfied: the influent gas concentrations of benzene, toluene and xylene were 2.140 mg/L, 2.026 mg/L, 2.017 mg/L respectively; the up flow velocity was 78.6 m/h and the sprinkling liquid flow rate was 25 L/h at the temperature of 12-25°C and pH value of 6.3-6.9 in the reactor. Thus, the maximal removal ability of BTX waste-gas can go up to 1.36 kg/(m3&middotd) for benzene, 1.36 kg/(m3&middotd) for toluene and 1.24 kg/(m3&middotd) for xylene.
