摘　　要：早期马胎儿性别超声测定是非常精确的,该法是通过定位胎儿尾部和脐带之间的生殖器结节做出性别诊断 雄性胎儿准确率97.8%(182/186),雌性胎儿99.4%(160/161)Early determination of fetal gender with ultrasonography has been shown to be extremely accurate. The method was correct in the fetal gender diagnosis in 97.8%(182/186) of males and in 99.4% (160/161) of females when they located the genital tubercle relative to the tail and umbilical cord. The optimal days for fetal gender determination using this method are between day 59 and day 68 of gestation.
