摘 要:目的 探讨卡氏肺孢子虫 (PC)感染对大鼠脾脏中 6种微量元素 (Ca+ + 、Mg+ + 、Fe+ + 、Cu+ + 、Zn+ + 、Mn+ + )的影响。 方法 将 30只 SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组每只大鼠皮下注射地塞米松 1mg/次 ,每周 2次 ,诱导 PC感染。10周后将大鼠处死 ,取脾脏 ,用原子吸收分光光度计测定各组微量元素的含量。 结果 与对照组相比较 ,PC感染组脾脏中 Zn+ +、Cu+ +的含量 (2 3.82 μg/ g干重、18.31μg/ g干重 )明显低于对照组 (45 .4 9μg/ g干重、2 6 .35 μg/ g干重 )(P<0 .0 5 ) ,Ca+ + 、 Mg+ + 、Fe+ + 、Mn+ + 的含量 (2 18.5 5μg/ g干重、2 34.78μg/ g干重、2 17.96μg/ g干重、0 .96μg/ g干重 )变化不明显。 结论 卡氏肺孢子虫感染大鼠脾脏中微量元素发生了变化。Objective To study the influence of the infection with Pneumocystis carinii (PC) on the contents of six trace elements(Ca ++ ,Mg ++ ,Fe ++ ,Cu ++ ,Zn ++ ,Mn ++ ) in the spleen of the rats. Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group was injected subcutaneously with dexamethasone (1 mg per rat) twice a week and control group was not processed. All of the rats were killed to obtain spleens after 10 weeks and the atomic absorption method was used to detect the contents of six trace elements. Results Compared with the PC negative group and the control group, the levels of Zn ++ ,Cu ++ (23.82 μg/g powder,18.31 μg/g powder) in spleen in PC infective group were significantly reduced ( P <0.05), and no difference in the contents of Ca ++ , Mg ++ ,Fe ++ , Mn ++ between the infected group (218.55 μg/g powder,234.78 μg/g powder,217.96 μg/g powder?0.96 μg/g powder) and control group (282.31 μg/g powder,208.23 μg/g powder,312.2 μg/g powder,1.01 μg/g powder) were estimated. Conclusion P. carinii infection might play a role in the change of trace elements in the spleen of rats.
