摘　　要：“可能 -满意度法”,是一种行之有效的多目标决策方法。这种方法在全国总人口规模、煤炭开发规模研究、新港选址等项目中已获得成功应用 ,证明该方法概念清晰、运算方便、结论明白易懂。文中介绍了P- S法的基本原理、P- S辅助决策系统的开发及其在人口决策中的应用。Possibility-satisfiability method is an efficient approach of multiobjective decision. It has been applied successfully in many large projects. This article introduces the principle of this method and development of the P-S Aided Decision Sytem (PSDAS). By the research of determing the rational scale of population in Shanghai, we illustrate the application of it. PSDAS analyzes the reasonable population scale successfully. The efficiency and accuracy of decision are highly improved.
