前列安栓治疗尿道炎后综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价前列安栓局部纳肛治疗尿道炎后综合征的疗效和不良反应。方法 将患者随机分为两组进行开放性对比研究观察,试验组56例用前列安栓纳肛,对照组53例服用诺松或消炎痛或芬必得,连用1月后评价。结果 前列安栓的总有效率与诺松等非甾体类抗炎药相当,差异无显著性;两组不良反应发生率类似,且均为轻度,持续时间较短。结论前列安栓是局部应用治疗尿道炎后综合征有效且不良反应少而轻的药物。Objective This study aimed to evaluate the effects and safety of local use of prostant to post-urethritis syndrome. Methods The patients were divided into two groups to do an open and parasite study. Prostant was used locally in 56 study cases, while oxaprozin or indomethacin or ibuprofen was administrated in 53 controls. Results Total effective rate of prostant on the syndrome was similar to that of non-steroids anti-inflammatory drugs. The adverse effects of the two groups was also similar, and transient and slightly. Conclusion Prostant is a kind of effective drug to treat locally post-urethritis syndrome and has a little and slight adverse effects.
