多层面螺旋CT三维和多平面重建在膝关节创伤性骨折中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨多层面螺旋CT(multi-slicespiralCT ,MSCT)三维重建 (3D)结合多平面重建 (MPR)在膝关节创伤性骨折中的临床诊断价值及MSCT 3D成像技术。方法　利用多层面螺旋CT对 2 4例膝关节创伤性骨折的患者进行扫描 ,并在ADW 3 .1后处理工作站进行 3D成像及多平面重建。结果　 3D成像可清晰显示膝关节骨折的部位 ,骨折线的立体走行方向 ,关节面碎裂程度及关节面塌陷、移位的距离等[1] ,多平面重建可显示骨质内部的损伤情况。结论　Objective To study the value of clinical applications of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)3D reconstruction and MPR in knee joint traumatic fracture and the imaging technique of multi-slice spiral CT 3D.Methods 24 cases underwent MSCT and all data sets were done 3D and MPR in ADW 3.1 workstation.Results 3D reconstruction can indicated the site,direction of alignment,fracture degree,colapse,displacement length of trauma knee joint,MPR can viewed damage inside the bone.Conclusion 3D reconstruction and MPR has high application value in clinical diagnosis and choosing therapy methods.
