摘　　要：目的评价苦参素、确炎舒松A穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效、安全性。方法64例患者按 中医肝胆经辨证取穴,将苦参素、确炎舒松A及利多卡因的混合液进行穴位注射,1次/d,10次为1疗程。结果痊愈率 78.1％,有效率89.1％。结论此疗法高效、安全,尤其适用于无禁忌症的中、重度带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety performance of Kurarinone and Triamcinolone Acetonide injection in acupuncture points to treat postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Sixty-four patients were acupunctured in their points di-alectically according to the liver and gall theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The patients were also injected once a day with the mixture of Kurarinone,Triamcinolone Acetonide and Lidocaine Hydrochlpride. Ten days as a period of treatment. Results The result showed that the cure rate was 78.1 % and the total effective rate was 89.1%. Conclusion The treatment is high efficient and safe. It is especially fit for the moderate and serious postherpetic neuralgia patients who have no contraindication.
