胃宁茶治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎52例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察胃宁茶治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 92例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分为用胃宁茶治疗的治疗组 5 2例及用三九胃泰治疗的对照组 4 0例 ,分别进行疗效观察。结果 :治疗组与对照组临床症状改善有效率分别为 90 .4 %、5 7.5 % ,胃镜、病理检查改善总有效率分别为 6 1.6 %、2 4 .7% ,HP清除率分别为 5 1.9%、31.6 % ,两组比较均有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :胃宁茶对腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生和不典型增生有一定逆转作用 ,对肝胃不和型、胃络淤血型、脾胃湿热型、脾胃虚弱型、慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效较好 。Objective:To observe the effect of 'Wei Ning'decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:92 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups:the test group (52 cases) was treated by 'Wei Ning'decoction,at one and the same time,the control group (40 cases),by'SanJiuWeiTai'.An effective observation had been carried through respectively.Result:The rates of symptom improvement were 90.4% and 57.5% respectively in the test and the control;pathologic improvement observed by gastroscope,61.6% and 24.7%;the rate of HP elimination,51.9% and 31.6%.The indexes of former is obvious better than that of latter( P <0.01).Conclusion:'Wei Ning'decoction has a reverse effect to atrophic gland,intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia. [
