论《刑法修正案(三)》对恐怖活动犯罪的立法完善及其罪名确定

摘　　要：《刑法修正案 (三 )》为惩治恐怖活动犯罪 ,修改、增加了一些犯罪罪名。这对惩治恐怖活动犯罪行为 ,保障人民生命、财产安全 ,维护正常的社会秩序都有重要的现实意义。对修改、新增犯罪的罪名如何表述 ,尽管有司法解释 ,但是仍然值得研究、探讨。To punish the crime of terrorist activities,some charges are amended and added into the criminal law amendment(III).It is practically significant to punish the terrorist activities, safeguard the security of the people's life and property and maintain the regular public order. Although there is a judicial interpretation to convey the amendment and incremental crime, it's still valuable for us to research and discuss.
