摘  要:目的 :利用单细胞凝胶电泳 (SCGE)对精子DNA损伤进行检测 ,了解其在评估男性生殖中的意义。方法 :4 18名男性的精子经计算机辅助分析系统常规检测后进行SCGE ,根据精子细胞核DNA损伤程度分为 5级。结果 :①当精子密度 <2 0× 10 6/ml时 ,SCGE的发生特别是Ⅱ、Ⅲ 级升高 ,但是与其他相比无统计学意义 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ;②d级精子中 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 级慧星发生升高 ,与a级精子相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :SCGE可评价精子的质量和损伤 。Objectives: To detect the sperm DNA damage and to evaluate its significance in male reproductive using single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) . Methods: Four hundred and eighteen sperm samples were analysed using the computer assisted analysis system and SCGE. The sperms samples were divided into five grades according to the extent of the sperm nuclear DNA damage. Results: ①When the sperm density is less than 20×10 6 /ml, the occurance of grade Ⅱand Ⅲ are increasedsignificantly; ② In the unmotile grade d sperm the occurance of grade Ⅰ comet amounts was 5.39 %, the occurance of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ was remarkably increased. There was a evidently variance between the grade d and grade a+b sperm. Conclusions: SCGE can be used to detect the sperm DNA breakage and to evaluate the sperm quality and damage.
