口服抑毒调平液对慢性乙型肝炎患者Th_1/Th_2细胞因子的调节作用

摘　　要：目的观察抑毒调平液对慢性乙肝患者Th_1/Th_2细胞因子的影响。方法 60例慢性乙型肝炎(中度)患者按随机双盲原则分为治疗组、对照组(每组30例)。两组分别口服抑毒调平液或安慰剂。收集治疗前、治疗后停药时及停药3月末空腹血清标本,用酶联免疫吸附法检测细胞因子白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-12、干扰素-γ。另选30例年龄、性别与治疗组、对照组无差异的正常人作正常组。结果治疗前治疗组、对照组患者血清IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-12的水平及IFN-γ/IL-4明显低于正常人(P<0.05),IL-4的含量明显高于正常人(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组患者间上述各项指标比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后停药时、停药3月末治疗组IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-4的值持续增加(P<0.05),IL-4持续下降(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论抑毒调平液上调血清中IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ的含量及IFN-γ/IL-4的比值,下调IL-4的含量,促使Th_1/Th_2分泌的细胞因子比值恢复平衡,至少维持治疗结束后3个月。Objective To observe the changes of Th1/Th2 cytokines In sera of The chronic patients with hepatitis B (CHB) who were treated with oral YiDuTiaoPingYe (YDTPY) .Method 60 patients infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV) were randomized into two group, receiving either YDTPY (T group, n=30) or Placebo (C group, n = 30) .In addition, 30 health persons were chosen as normal group (N group) .Before and after treatment as well as following 3 monThs, serum IL-2, IL-4, IL-12, IFN -γ were measured with enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (ELBA) .Results Before treatment, The serum levels of IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ, IFN-γ/IL-4 were significantly higher in N group Than in T group or C group (P<0.05), but IL-4 was significantly lower in N group. There were no significant differences between T group and C group in The parameters mentioned above. Within observing period, The serum levels of IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ, IFN- γ/IL- 4 maintained a sustained increase in T group compared with C group (P< 0.05) .Conclusion YDIFY can regulate up the serum levels of DL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ, IFN-γ/IL-4, but IL-4 appeared a contrary trend.
