针刺结合脐灸法治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床观察 附:93例病例报告

摘　　要：目的　探寻一种对儿童过敏性鼻炎安全、有效的非药物疗法。方法　治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎93例 ,随机分为 2组 ,分别采用针剌结合脐灸疗法和针剌疗法进行治疗 ,并对照观察 2组疗效。结果　针剌结合脐组近期治愈率与有效率分别为 76 4 7%和 10 0 0 0 % ;针剌组分别为 5 0 0 0 %和 95 2 3%。前者平均疗程为 11 0 3± 4 5 1次 ,后者为 14 6 8± 6 2 4次 ;前者月平均复发次数治疗前和治疗后分别为 1 5 5± 0 4 1和 0 78± 0 2 7。后者为 1 5 2± 0 4 6和 1 0 6± 0 5 3。结论　针剌结合脐灸疗法和针剌疗法对儿童过敏性鼻炎均有较好疗效 ,但前者疗效优于后者 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。Objective:To find a safe and operative non-drug therapy to allergic rhinitis in children. Methods:93 cases of allergic rhinitis in children were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group the children were treated with combination of acupuncture with therapy of igniting navel with moxa and in control group the children were treated with acupuncture alone. Results: The recent healing and effective rate of thr treatment group were 76.47% and 100.00% respectively and that of the control group were 50.00% and 95.23% respectively. To the former, the average course was (11.03±4.51) and tht of the latter was (14.68±6.24). Conclusion: To allergic rhinitis in children, combination of acupuncture with therapy of igniting navel with moxa has advantage over other therapy.
