葛根素注射液穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋

摘　　要：目的 ,研究葛根素穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋。方法 ,将符合标准的突聋患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,对照组用能量合剂及地塞米松 ,每日 1次静脉用药 ;治疗组在对照组用药的同时 ,用葛根素 2 0 0mg ,听宫、听会、耳门、翳风四穴注射 ,每日 1次 ,2 0天为 1个疗程。结果 :葛根素注射液穴位封闭治疗突发性耳聋 ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。对伴眩晕的突聋 ,治疗组有效率 92 % ,对照组 6 3 6 % ,两组均有显著性差异。结论 :葛根素穴位注射治疗突聋疗效好。Objective :To research the efficiency of puerarin injection on sudden deafness. Methods :Routine blood tests and pure tone audiometry were conducted before treatment in 68 cases patients divided into 2 groups randomly.33 cases were treated with ATP,CO-A,CDPC,DEX once a day for twenty days.At the same time the other group (35 cases)were treated with ATP,CO-A,DEX and puerarin injection injecting ear acupoint once a day for twenty days. Results :The effective rate of the puerarin injection group was 91 4%,the other group was 60 6%.To the patients accompanied with vertigo,puerarin injection group was 92%,the other group was 63 6%,there was significant difference between the two group( P <0 05). Conclusion :Puerarin injection injecting ear acupoint is safe,effect,reliable,saving time and money in treatment of sudden deafness especially for sudden deafness cases with vertigo.
