益气温阳化瘀方对慢性肾炎模型自由基损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气温阳化瘀方 (以下简称益气方 )对大鼠慢性肾炎模型自由基 (FR)损伤的影响。方法以益气方治疗实验肾炎大鼠 ,取肾皮质匀浆测定超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、丙二醛 (MDA)及病理组织观察 ,模型和治疗组进行对比研究。结果治疗组与模型组比较 ,其差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论益气方对慢性肾炎自由基损伤有改善作用 ,其作用机理可能与益气方抗过氧化作用有关。Objective:To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing Qi , warming Yang and promoting blood circulation on free radical (FR) damage of chronic nephritis . Methods:Observed the Influence of these traditional Chinese herb to the contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), reduced glutathione(GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA) in the renal cortex of experimental nephritis rats. Results:The experiment showed there was a statistically significant difference between the model group and the treatment group(P<0 05). Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing Qi , warming Yang and promoting blood circulation could improve free radical damage of chronic nephritis and the mechanism probably related with anti-oxidation.
