摘　　要：目的　总结逆行交锁髓内钉内固定结合CPM治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折临床效果。方法　采用逆行交锁髓内钉内固定股骨远端粉碎性骨折 ,术后结合使用CPM锻炼。结果　 12例随访 6～ 2 0个月 ,平均 11个月。骨折愈合时间为 4～ 8个月。膝关节功能恢复良好 ,优良率 10 / 12。结论　逆行交锁髓内钉具有高度稳定性 ,术后 2 4h内即可使用CPM机 ,操作简单安全 ,并发症少 。Objective To determine the effect of retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail and CPM. Methods The retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails were used to fix comminuted fractures of the distal femur. CPM was began to use within 24 h after operation. Results 12 cases were followed up for 6～20 months, 11 months on average. The time of bone healing was 4～8 months.The knees function recovered well with excellence rate of 10/12. Conclusion Retrograde intramedullary interlocking nails can ensure intrinsic stability and CPM could be used in 24 h after operation, with simple procedures and fewer complications. It is suitable for the treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal femur.
