复合型髋臼骨折24例的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探讨复合型髋臼骨折的治疗效果。方法 :本组 2 4例骨折按 Judet- L etournel分类法分类。非手术治疗9例 ;手术治疗 15例。结果 :平均随访 3年 ,9例非手术治疗骨折均复位不满意 ,3例良 ;2例中 ;4例差。手术治疗 15例 ,8例解剖复位、疗效优 ;5例复位满意 ,4例优 ,1例良 ;2例陈旧性骨折复位不满意 ,疗效差。结论 :手术可有效复位此类骨折 。Objective:To study the treatment result of complex acetabulum fracture.Methods:Twenty-four cases fracture were identified according to Judet-Letoutnel classification,which were treated nonoperatively(9 cases)and operatively(15 cases).Results:The patients have been followed up for the average of 3 years.Unsatisfactory reduction and results were obtained in all treated nonoperatively,satisfactory results obtained in 13 cases treated operatively.Conclusion:A stable hip joint and the congruence of the head and acetabulum could be reconstructed by effective open reduction and internal fixation,and the further sequelae were reduced.
