摘　　要：目的 :探讨肩胛上神经肩关节支阻滞治疗肩部撞击症的可行性及效果。方法 :于肩胛上神经主干外侧 1.5 cm处 ,用利多卡因和醋酸曲安耐德的混合液对其肩关节支进行阻滞 ,治疗肩部撞击症 17例 17肩。每周注射 1次 ,3次为1疗程 ,每例注射 1～ 2疗程 ,同时辅之以患肩功能锻炼。随访 6～ 32个月平均 11个月。结果 :优 8例 ,良 6例 ,可 3例 ,优良率为 82 .4 % ,无明显并发症。结论Objective:To study the possibility and efficacy on the treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome by blocking shoulder joint branches of suprascapular nerve.Methords Mixture of lidocaine and tricamcinolone acetonde acetate was injected at 1.5cm outside the suprascapular nerve trunk to block its shoulder joint branches of 17 shoulders in 17 patients with subacromial impingement syndrome.The injection was performed 1 time a week.Each patient was treated for 1～2 courses of treatment.Results The follow-up period was 6～36(average 11) months.8 patients rated as excellent,6 as good and 3 as fair,the excellent and good rate was 82.4% and no obvious complications occurred.Conclusion The block of shoulder joint branches of suprascapular nerve is a safe and effective method for the treatment of subacrominal impingement syndrome.
