摘　　要：目的 :探讨移位髋臼骨折的诊断及外科治疗方法。方法 :1995～ 2 0 0 1年 ,共收治此类损伤 32例 ,按 L etournel分类 ,选用不同的手术入路进行切开复位内固定。结果 :按术后 X线标准 ,解剖复位 18例 ,复位欠佳 8例 ,不满意 6例 ;按 Matta临床评分 ,优 19例 ,良 8例 ,可 3例 ,差 2例 ,优良率为 84 .4 %。结论 :治疗效果的关键是正确诊断、严格掌握手术适应证、选择合适的手术入路、充分利用两点加压复位及双螺钉复位技术。Objective:To study diagnosis and surgical treatment of displaced acetabular fractures.Methods From 1995 to 2001,32 cases were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Different surgical approaches were used with respect to Letournel classification.Results According to postoperative X-ray film,18 cases obtained anatomical reduction,8 cases incomplete reduction and 6 cases unsatisfied reduction.Assessed with Matta clinical scale,the rate was 84.4% with excellent 19 cases,good 8 cases,acceptable 3 cases and poor 2 cases.Conclusion The key to success is correct diagnosis,strict operative indication,suitable surgical approach and utility of tow-points compression reduction and double screws reduction techniques.
