摘　　要：为探讨做好为部队服务工作 ,本文从把握为部队服务方向 ;加强医德医风建设 ;加强医疗质量建设 ;充分发挥技术优势 ;改善就医环境 ;落实帮带制度 ;To find out the good method of serving the Army, it is generalized in this article that from aspects as, holding the direction of serving the army; strengthening the medical ethics and the style construction; reforming medical quality; improving the environment of the medical treatment; practicing the rules of teaching and studying in the medical staffs; integrating the systems and controlling severely.
