精纺梳毛机用新型针布齿条探析

摘　　要：分析了精纺梳毛机对针布齿条的要求,介绍了在开松、预梳区使用V形自锁基部针布的优点及其应用配置,说明新型锡林、道夫针布不仅对毛纤维的损伤少,而且除杂效果好,落毛少、制成率提高。Analysis is done to requirment of wires for the clothing for wool production.Intrioduction is done to the advantages of the self lock clothing V shape in opening and precarding sections.Conclusion is made that the new cylinder doff clothing is of good quality in less damage of fiber together with a good effect of impurity removing,less waste and high efficiency.
