摘　　要：本文介绍了一种可程控直流微弱电流测量仪。对T型电阻网络反馈扩展微弱电流测量原理和测量参数估计方法进行了分析 ,阐述了该仪器的测量不确定度。它的电流测量范围 :1 0 0mA -1fA ;测量准确度 :0 1 %R -2 %R ;分辨率 :1fA ;极限灵敏度 :0 5fA。测量数据通过标准接口传输 ,经自动数据处理后 ,可提供微弱电流各分量频率谱。A new type of the program controlled instrument for weak DC is proposed in this paper. The principle of feedback extension in T resistance network and the estimation method of measuring parameter are analyzed. The indeterminate of the instrument is discussed. The measuring range of current is 100mA-1fA. The measuring accuracy is 0 1%R-2%R. The distinguish-ability is 1fA. The limit sensitivity is 0 5fA. The measuring data is transmitted by the standard interface. The frequency, amplitude phase spectrum and the statistic parameter analysis of the stochastic process for each component of the weak current are provided by automatic data processing.
