摘　　要：采用差热分析 (DTA)、场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪 (XRD)等材料显微结构的分析手段以及一些力学性能测试方法 ,分析了CaO MgO P2 O5 SiO2 系微晶玻璃的显微组织形貌与其力学性能之间的关系。结果表明 :对试样在 81 0℃进行 4h的保温处理后 ,该试样具有较细的晶粒和比较紧凑的显微结构。因此 。The relationship between the microstructure and the mechanical properties of CaO-MgO-P 2O 5-SiO 2 glass-ceramic system was analyzed with DTA,SEM,XRD techniques and some mechanical testing methods.The results show that the sample treated at 810℃ for 4 hours has smaller crystal size,more fluorapatite rather than fluorophlogopite and more compact structure so that the glass-ceramics has higher bending strength and crack toughnes.
