摘  要:用不同组成的微晶玻璃水淬料 ,施于陶瓷坯上经核化、晶化 ,同时完成烧成 ,而获得微晶玻璃釉层。其工艺制度可以结合DTA分析 ,通过实验来确定。微晶玻璃釉要和坯料相匹配 :釉和坯的膨胀系数相近 。Glass-ceramic glaze coatings were formed by nucleation and crystallization.Meanwhile,the ceramic bodies glazed with quenched glass-ceramic powders with different compositions were sintered.The composition of glass-ceramic powders determined the crystal phase and condition for nucleation and crystallization.Nucleation and crystallization procedures were determined by experiments with the help of DTA analysis.The coefficients and sintering temperatures of the glazes should fit with the ceramic bodies,which can be achieved by adjusting the compositions of the bodies and glazes.The newly developed bodies of Cullet-Sand-Clay are convenient for this adjustment and can match with any kinds glass-ceramic glazes.The glass-ceramic glaze coatings have high abrasion resistance and anti-pollution ability,which is important to improve the quality of glazed tiles and to develop new products.
