摘　　要：本文依据我国近年来特许连锁经营发展的形势 ,阐述了特许连锁经营在民间投资和就业发展上的特有功效 ,提出了利用特许连锁经营促进我国城乡就业的观点 ,并指出了需要进一步完善的政策和措施。Based on the recent situation of chain-store business under the franchise arrangement in China,the thesis discusses about the special functions of the business activities on the private investments and the employment opportunities.An opinion of providing jobs to both urban and rural residents by promoting the chain-store business is put forward.In the thesis,the author also describes about the policies and measures to further improve the Chain-store business under the franchise arrangement in China.
