摘　　要：文章根据卫生服务的各个环节 ,从卫生服务的需要公平、筹资公平、提供公平、利用公平及结果公平等几个要素提出了卫生服务公平性研究的理论框架 ,卫生服务提供的公平性又从资源配置的公平、可及性公平、可得性公平、可接受性公平、可负担性公平、合理性公平及质量的公平等方面进行阐述。According to the different links in health service, the authors put forward the theoretical framework of equity of health service. It includes several elements that are equity of need, equity of financing, equity of providing, equity of utilization and equity of outcome. Among of them, equity of providing health service is discussed from equity of resources distribution, equity of accessibility, equity of availability, equity of burden, equity of appropriation and equity of quality.
