摘 要:目的 :探讨镰刀状肾实质切开对犬肾功能的影响及镰刀状肾实质切开术治疗复杂性鹿角状肾结石的临床疗效。方法 :18只成年犬分 3个手术组 (镰刀状肾实质切开组、肾后唇中下 1 3肾实质切开组、无萎缩性肾实质切开组 ) ,观测手术前后肾功能的变化 ;采用镰刀状肾实质切开取石术治疗 37例复杂性鹿角状肾结石病人。结果 :镰刀状肾实质切开对肾功能的影响要明显轻于无萎缩性肾实质切开 ,而与肾后唇中下 1 3肾实质切开无显著性差异 ;临床应用 37例 ,全部一次取尽结石。结论 :镰刀状肾实质切开对肾功能影响小 ,是治疗复杂性鹿角状肾结石的理想术式。Objective: To evaluate the influence of sickle shaped renal parenchyma incision on renal function of dogs and the clinical effect of sickle shaped nephrolithotomy on staghorn calculi. Methods: 18 healthy adult dogs were divided into 3 operation groups,and the changes of renal function were observed.Sickle shaped nephrolithotomy was carried out on 37 cases of stoghorn calculi. Results: Damage to renal function of sickle shaped renal parenchyma incision was much lighter than that of anatrophic renal parenchyma incision. The complex staghorn calculi were completely removed in 37 cases. Conclusion: Sickle shaped nephrolithotomy has a little influence on renal function,and it is an ideal method to deal with complex staghorn calculus.
