基于生态足迹模型的城郊经济协调评估——以河北省新乐市为例

摘　　要：该文以河北省石家庄近郊县新乐市为例,运用生态足迹模型(EcologicalFootprint)对当前生态经济协调发展的状态进行了定量评估,结果表明:供需总量呈现出非均衡特点,存在严重的生态赤字,目前的协调状态不容乐观;供需结构呈明显不对称性,区外输入成为维持系统均衡发展的必要条件;自然资源利用率比全国和东部沿海平均水平都高。笔者对其产生生态赤字的原因和减小生态赤字的可行性作简要分析。By taking the urban-suburb district Xinle city as an example, this paper applies the ecological footprint indicator to value the coordination state of the regional ecological economy. After research, we can draw a series of conclusions as follows: (1) The supply and need shows a character of uneven, ecological deficit exists seriously, the coordination state in Xinle city is not optimistic; (2) The structure of supply-need shows a obvious dissymmetry; (3) As far as natural resources use, it is higher than that of whole country and that of the eastern area. Finally, the author analyses the reasons of ecological deficit and the feasible measures to reduce it.
