摘　　要：分析了区域性企业信息化市场的构成及综合信息需求,并从整体推进和优化配置信息化资源的角度,介绍了区域性制造业信息化工程实施中存在的问题。在此基础上,进行了集成信息系统的需求分析,并对其定义、特征、结构及主要功能进行了研究,分析了其中的关键技术。结合典型区域主管部门及中介推进服务机构决策需求,开发了原型系统,并进行了初步应用。The architecture and various information demanding, within the market of regional enterprise information integration , are analyzed first. To meet different requirement on promotion and implementation of information technology in enterprises, as well as to achieve an optimal deployment of IT resources, an integrated information system is proposed. The definition, key features as well as the main functions of the system are discussed in detail. Key technologies used in this web-based system are also illustrated. With the typical regional promotion process as background, a prototype system is developed and implemented.
