摘　　要：通过分析动态联盟中伙伴选择问题的特点,认为伙伴选择是一个具有不确定性主观判断的混合多属性决策问题。本文在用数值或置信结构表示备选企业属性值的基础上,给出了一个基于证据理论对信息进行集成,并根据评价等级效用的不完全信息,优选出满意合作伙伴的方法。最后,用实例说明了该方法选择伙伴的有效性。Selecting partner is considered as a hybrid multi-attribute decision-making problem with uncertainty by analyzing its characteristics. After the attributes for each enterprise are measured by using numerical values or belief structures, a decision-making approach is given, in which the information of all attributes is integrated based on evidence theory and a satisfactory partner is selected according to the incomplete information of the utilities of evaluation grades. Finally, an example is used to demonstrate its practicality.
