彩色多普勒超声对布-加氏综合征的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声对布 加氏综合征的诊断价值。方法　应用彩超探测布 加氏综合征 2 2例 ,并经临床及其它影像学检查证实。结果　隔膜型 7例 ,狭窄型 14例 ,肿瘤栓塞 1例 ,累及肝静脉 16例 ,彩超诊断符合率为 95 .5 %。结论　彩色多普勒超声可明确判断血管阻塞部位、程度、范围及侧枝循环 ,对诊断具有重要参考价值 ,应作为诊断布Objective To evaluate the diagnostic valueof color doppler sonography on Budd Chiari syndrome (BCS). Methods 22 cases of BCS were examined by color doppler sonography and confirmed by clinic and other imaging methods.Results 7 cases had diaphragm;14 cases had stenosis; 1 case had tumor embolism.Among them,16 casesinvolved hepatic vines.The accurate rate of color doppler sonography was 95.5%.Conclusion Color doppler sonography could clearly revealthe vessel obstruction position ,degree and extent and collaterals of the vesset.It should be firstly selected as the diagnostic method for BCS.
