摘  要:对 7种喹诺酮类药物的液氮低温荧光 (LTF)、低温光 (LTP)、滤纸表面室温光 (PS RTP)、滤纸表面室温荧光 (PS RTF)及延迟荧光 (PS DF)光谱进行了对比研究。各个药物的LTF、LTP、PS RTP、PS RTF及PS DF的最大激发波长λex在 2 80~ 2 90nm范围内 ,最大发射波长λem在 4 30~ 4 5 0nm范围内。考察了溶液酸度对 7种喹诺酮类药物的各种光谱强度及波长的影响。实验表明 :各种光谱均在酸性溶液中有较强发射 ,中性溶液次之 ,碱性溶液最弱。研究了PS RTP或PS DF的寿命和偏振性。结果表明 :喹诺酮类药物的PS RTP或PS DF的寿命均在 0 .1s数量级 ,属于长寿命光或延迟荧光 ,而其PS RTP或PS DF为非完全偏振光。The spectral performance including the low temperature phosphorescence (LTP), the low temperature fluorescence (LTF), the paper surface room temperature phosphorescence (PS-RTP) the paper surface delayed fluorescence (PS-DF) and. the paper surface room temperature fluorescence (PS-RTF) properties, of seven quinolons; were investigated and some rules we're found out. Their maximal excitation wavelength and emission wavelength are in the range. of 280 similar to 290 nm and 430 similar to 450 nm, respectively. The effect of pH on their spectral quality,and the lifetime and polarization of PS-RTP or PS-DF were also examined. It is shown that they have strong emission in acidic medium, and less emission in neutral medium and least emission in alkali medium, and their lifetimes of PS-RTP? or PS-DF are all at the level of 0.1 s, belonging to long life phosphorescence or delayed fluorescence, in addition, the PS-RTP or PS-DF of them are incompletely polarized.
