摘 要:在胶束Tween 80介质中 ,研究了以血红蛋白 (hemoglobin ,Hb)作为过氧化物模拟酶、隐性亮绿(recessivebrilliantgreen ,RBG)为氢供体底物、溶解氧为受氢体的酶催化反应特性。在pH 5 .6 4 (NH4 ) 2 HPO4 KH2 PO4 缓冲溶液中 ,利用模拟酶对溶解氧作为受氢体催化RBG氧化生成亮绿 (brilliantgreen ,BG)而拟定了测定Hb含量的新方法。讨论了胶束介质对酶体系催化反应的影响及酶催化反应的可能机理。In the presence of Tween 80, the enzyme catalytic reaction characteristic using hemoglobin ( Hb) as mimetic peroxidase and recessive brilliant green ( RBG) as, donor substrate in the oxidation reaction with dissolved oxygen has been studied. In pH 5.64 (NH4)(2)HPO4-KH2PO4 buffer solution, the method for the determination of Hb was proposed based on the oxidation of RBG with dissolved oxygen. Effects of various surfactants on enzyme catalytic reaction were investigated. The possible enzyme catalytic reaction mechanism in micelle media was also discussed.
