摘 要:CD4 0和 CD4 0 L的相互作用在机体细胞和体液免疫调节及其应答中起重要作用 ,注射可溶性CD4 0 L(s CD4 0 L)可促进骨髓移植小鼠粒细胞和血小板数量的恢复。本实验采用外周血细胞计数、白细胞分类计数、免疫荧光标记和流式细胞技术 ,探讨了 s CD4 0 L对小鼠急性辐射损伤的救治作用。结果显示 ,体内注射 s CD4 0 L以最佳剂量 10 0 μg处理受照小鼠时可明显延长其存活时间 ,并促进 CD8+ T细胞比例和 CD4 + /CD8+ T细胞比值的恢复。说明 s CD4 0CD40 ligand (CD40L)/CD40 interactions play a central role in cellular and humoral immune response. Injection of soluble CD40L has been suggested to enhance the recovery of neutrophil and platelet count in bone marrow transplanted mice. In this study, by using peripheral blood numeration, white cell differentiation count, immunafluorescence label and flow cytometer analysis. Radioprotective and radiotherapeutic potential of sCD40L were investigated in irradiated mice. The results showed that 100 μg was an optimal dose when injecting mice with sCD40L; 100 μg sCD40L injection after irradiation could prolong the survival time of irradiated mice; sCD40L could also significantly accelerate the recovery of CD8 +T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 +T lymphocytes. These results suggested that sCD40L could stimulate the recovery of immune function in irradiated mice. (
