摘　　要：本文从铁路电气化专业工程监理的性质、实施细则的编制、工程项目监理在施工阶段的实施以及监理总结等方面 ,论述了进行铁路电气化工程监理的必要性 ,同时对其操作性提出了具体建议。The necessities to put forward the electrification of railways are expounded in this paper concerned with the following aspects:the properties of the supervision on construction works for the railway electrification projects,working out its implemental regulations,implement of supervision on construction items during different construction stages,summary of supervision works,etc.At the same time,particular suggestions are proposed concerned with its serviceability.The existing problems during the implemental course are analyzed qualitatively also in this paper.
