摘　　要：数字海洋是数字地球的建设中的建设重点 ,图书馆是开发数字海洋的先驱 ,它既是前信息产业的重要支柱 ,又是未来数字生态系统中的优良种群。The digital ocean is the focal point of construction of digital globe.The library is the pioneer of developing to digital ocean.It is not only currently the important pillar of information industry,but also the good population of digital ecosystem in future.
