摘　　要：探讨科技期刊编辑与提高大众文化水平的关系。分析科技期刊编辑自身素质及对大众科技文化水平的影响。综合国力的提高不仅仅有赖于科学家的贡献 ,还要依靠大众科技文化水平的提高。The pape r discusses the relation of science and technology periodicals editors and impro ving the masses literary level,analyses editors quality and its influence to t he masses literary level.Overall nation al strengths advance depends on scienti sts contribution and improvement of the masses literary level as well.improvin g science and technology periodicals edi tors quality will induct the improvemen t of the masses literary level.
