摘　　要：对移民心理活动和心理特性做出客观的分析,从而具体地掌握移民心理活状况及其变化规律,做好稳定移民心态的工作。这对于开发性移民方针的贯彻执行,提高移民的生产、生活质量无疑具有重要的意义。From objectively analyzing the migrant psychological activity and character,this paper discusses the way to specifically grasp the psychological activity situation and the changable principle to do well in stabilizing the migrants' psychological situation.It undoubtedly has the important meaning to implement and execute the development_oriented migrant plan and improve migrant product and life quanlity.
