摘 要:水热合成刚玉反应时 ,合适矿化剂的引入能改变反应介质的酸碱度 ,并可加快反应速度。本课题选择碱性矿化剂、碱金属弱酸盐和碱金属卤化物三类矿化剂进行了定量对比性实验 ,结果表明 :合成气氛影响产品粒度和晶形 ,碱性气氛可使产品粒径增大 ,PH值越大越利于产品粒径变大 ,强碱气氛下的粒径比弱碱气氛下的粒径要大 ;碱金属弱酸盐对粒度增长的作用和强碱矿化剂相当 ,对产品晶形也有改善作用 ;碱金属卤化物对产品晶形的改善作用更强更明显。The introduction of proper mineralizers into the hydrothermal reaction process can change the alkalinity acidity of reaction media and speed up the reaction process.In this research, quantitative and comparative experiments are done by using three groups of mineralizers: alkaline mineralizer, salt composed of alkali metal and weak acid ,and halide of alkali metal.The results show that synthesis atmosphere can influence the grit size and crystal form of corundum .Alkaline atmosphere can increase the grit size of corundum ;the bigger PH value is ,the larger the grits become; the grit size of corundum synthesized under strong alkaline atmosphere is bigger than that of corundum synthesized under weak alkaline atmosphere.Salt composed of alkali metal and weak acid is found playing a similar role as strong alkaline mineralizer in making grits larger;it can also improve the crystal form of corundum.In comparison,halide of alkali metal plays a stronger and more significant role in improving the crystal form of corundum.
