摘　　要：江泽民同志在庆祝建党80周年的重要讲话中强调要"加强有说服力的思想政治工作"。本文以邓小平理论的有关论点阐明了有说服力的思想政治工作的理论基础、人格力量和制度的保障,揭示了代表群众根本利益的政治思想工作是真正具有说服力的思想政治工作。In his talks at the meeting to mark the 80th anniversary of the foundation of the Party, Jiang Zemin pointed out that we should 'strengthen the convincing ideological and political work'. Based on Deng's related arguments, this paper expounds the theoretical foundation, the personality and the assurance system of the convincing ideological and political work, and that the ideological and political work which represents the fundamental interests of the masses is the convincing one.
