摘 要:采用了 Mie理论分析了微球体光学元件的光散射性能 ,并对 Mie理论中归一化散射光强 Is的数学性质进行了理论分析 ,并给出了数值结果。研究了口径参数 x与相对折射率 m对归一化散射光强 Is分布的影响 ,从而可以评价微球体光学元件对光的会聚及散射能力。结果表明半径较大、折射率较小的微球体光学元件对光的会聚能力较强。本结论为微光球体学元件的选择及性能分析提供了依据。The Light scattering characteristics of microsphere optical elements were analyzed by using Mie theory in this paper.We have studied the mathematical character of the normalized scattered intensity,I s and its numerical computation results were given.We also have stuided the effects of the size parameter x and relative refractive indices m on the distribution of the normalized scattered intensity I s,so that we can evaluate the light focusing capability of microsphere optical elements.The results show that the microsphere optical elements would have good light focusing capability when their radiuses are large and their refractive indices are small.The results may provide a reference for selecting microsphere optical elements and analyzing their optical characteristics.
