三辊楔横轧辗压力的研究

摘　　要：通过实验验证了三辊楔横轧中轧件轴平行部对轧辊变形楔平直部分碾压力的存在,它是楔横轧时轧制力的重要组成部分。给出了辗压力作用面积公式和多元回归得到的辗压变形影响系数的经验公式。The surface rolling pressure was verified through experimentsin 3-roll cross wedge rolling and,as an important part of roll force,it occurs inthe way the shaft part of workpiece exerts it onto the flat parts of formingwedges in rolls.A formula of contact area between the shaft part of workpieceand flat parts of forming wedges in rolls was therefore derived, as well as anempirical formula using effecting coefficient of surface rolling deformationgiven by regression analysis.
