摘　　要：本文从法律信息角度出发 ,运用经济学的分析方法 ,论证了法律的确定性与法律信息之间的密切关系 ,主张在审判制度改革中进行制度选择时 ,应尽量选择能促进法律信息充足、对称和正当适用的制度。The present paper is an analysis using the economic approach, of the relationship between legal accuracy and legal information, and proposes that in the judicial system reformdue attention be placed on the adoption of systems that are well equipped with sufficient legal information, balance and considerable feasibility.
