摘　　要：国内外资料显示,液压系统的故障大约有70%～80%是由油液污染引起的。结合船用液压设备的工作环境,阐述船用液压设备液压油的污染原因以及对液压系统工作的影响,分析在使用和管理过程中如何降低液压油的污染,预防液压系统故障。The data home and abroad shows that 70 to 80 percent faults of hydraulic systems are due to oil pollution. Combining with the environment of the hydraulic equipment works, this paper describes the cause of oil pollution of hydraulic equipments on board ship and discusses the pollution influence on the operation of hydraulic system. Then it analyzes how to control oil pollution and to prevent faults in the course of using and managing hydraulic system. [
